Q: Can I call to discuss my some products I'm interested in before placing an order online?

Q: Are you able to give technical advice on which product/variant is most suitable for my car & what I'm using it for?
A: Yes. With 25+ years experience in the Automotive Industry, our team is here to make recommendations based on products which best suit your circumstances. In the rare event where we're not sure, we can also reach out to individual manufacturers to ensure we can make the most accurate advice available for you.
Q: Is RaceParts Online an Australian Company, and where are you based?
A: Yes, RaceParts Online is 100% Australian Owned & Operated. Our head office is based in Brisbane, but we also have warehousing in Sydney & on the Gold Coast. Additionally, we have a network of Industry Suppliers all over Australia, so provided products are available in Australia, we can get most parts within 2 - 3 days (even if we don't have it on hand).
Q: Can I pick-up my order instead of having it shipped?
A: Unfortunately, as a predominantly online operation we don't have the capacity to offer pick-up, however, under many circumstances we're able to arrange pick-up from one of our commercial partners. If you need something urgently & subsequently require pick-up, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Q: Is absolutely everything on your website ready for immediate shipping?

Q: I notice that you list parts on your website which are control components for a race category that I compete in. Are the items you sell identical, and is it compliant with category rules to buy them through RaceParts Online instead?
A: This is a bit of a tricky one, and there is no "one-size fits all" answer. If the product on our website has literally the same part number as the control component for the racing category you compete in, then yes - It will be an identical product, however, we do note that some series stipulate that you "must" buy it through the category. Our recommendation is to check the rules carefully and if not 100% sure, speak with your category manager.
Q: Do you offer sponsorship for motorsport competitors?
A: Yes. We are racers & passionate motorsport enthusiasts ourselves, and believe in supporting the industry in any way we can. To discuss opportunities which may exist, please email sales@racepartsonline.com.au
Q: I'm looking for something from a brand that you sell, but you don't have the specific part listed. Are you able to source it for me?
A: Absolutely. While we try to get as many of the products from our valued suppliers as we can online, it's sometimes impossible to list a brand's entire range - But this doesn't mean we can't get it. If there's something specific you're looking for, let us know and we'll do our best to find it for you.
